My Life as a Pharmacy Student

Assalamualaikum semua..

Bersyukur ke hadrat Illahi ... Aku sekarang tengah melanjutkan pelajaran di UiTM Puncak Alam dalam Ijazah Sarjana Muda Farmasi (Kepujian) . 

Apa perasaan ?

Perasaan aku bercampur baur . Kekadang termenung juga kenapa aku ambil course ni . Tapi aku memang berazam nak ambil course ni masa matrikulasi dulu . Cuma tu la, bila dah tahu course outline,tengok subjek dia macam #%#%#.  Hahahaha.Tapi aku kena kuatkan azam . Nak jadi pharmacist yang berjaya satu hari nanti inshaallah ^_^

Ni course outline (ni baru separuh)

Sepanjang dua minggu jadi pelajar farmasi ni,baru kutahu bukan mudah nak carry course ni, so big applause to senior and all the pharmacist in this world !~ haha

Susah tak nak masuk course ni ?

Fakta,memang susah . Kalau UKM ,USM,UM,4.0 is a must . 3.9 atleast . Tapi di UiTM pun bukan calang calang . 3.8 at least to secure your place . Also, you need to face an interview that will differentiate your iv marks with the other candidates . So,if you really want this course,score well in your foundation/matriculation/diploma. Fikir kau memang nak course ni jadi kau kena skor every each of your subjects . Jangan pilih pilih nak skor yang mana k . Be consistent . Btw,total number of person in my batch is 166 . 34 boys and the rest is girls . Yang datang interview ada dalam 400 orang . Interview usm pun 400 orang . Dapat 115 orang . Jadi, memang susah nak masuk course ni . Doa banyak2. Hanya 5 je Universiti Awam yang menyediakan ijazah ni . USM,UM,UKM,UiTM dan UIA(Untuk pelajar asasi dia je) . 

Peluang pekerjaan tinggi tak?

Aku baru je habis oath ceremony which means a programme that us,semester 1 student will do the oath/promise to our faculty . After the programme we will be having a talk with the pharmacist from Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia. During the talk,he mentioned that the job placement in government sector is almost full . Its about 89%(if im not mistaken).So,what will our next target? . The answer is industry and community pharmacy . Maksudnya you need to have a great communication skills, and the other qualities that can make you stand out than the others. He said that it is so hard to secure a place in government sector . We as a pharmacy student should come out from the safe zone and try to improve ourself . Every sem we will learn a business subject to make us have a knowledge to open a pharmacy. Its not posibble right? Thera are no such thing that easier for you . You need to work hard and aim high .

So what is your plan for this sem ? 

Achieve DEAN LIST . Yes . I need to . Because our lecturer says that this first semester is the easiest semester . We will learn about all the basic (imo,its not basic at all,so specific maaa > _<).

Ada biasiswa tak for pharmacy student ?

Ada tapi 2nd sem . JPA . Tapi bukan biasiswa ye . Pinjaman Boleh Ubah . Which means ada syarat tertentu untuk pembayaran balik nanti . Aku apply ptptn dulu untuk semester 1 ni sebab aku tengah tunggu satu pinjaman boleh ubah boleh ubah nama YAYASAN BANK RAKYAT. Yang ni lagi bagus dari ptptn. Bayar ikut cgpa . Tapi keputusan dia maybe 2nd sem juga . Alahaiii sabar je la hehe . 

So , kalau nampak aku or any other pharmacy student nampak kusut masai je, Biar je la k . Jangan mengumpat pula hahaha. K la itu saja yang aku nak luahkan dalam hati aku ni . Semoga kepada yang membaca dapat la sedikit input tentang course farmasi ni . Inshaallah kalau aku ada masa aku update lagi pasal course ni . Bai bai ^.^
